My sister gave me her bike and I have been biking 3-5 times a week since July. I have received a lot of positive feedback from my friends and family who are impressed with how often and how far I bike. I have been blogging on my weight loss site about my biking and one of my friends suggested that I should start a biking blog. She even suggested the name.
She says my biking stories are inspirational, which I think is funny because I find it that hilarious because I often have trouble inspiring myself.
